ACCOUNT · DELETION

Delete your Digsy account.

This page lets you permanently delete the account you use with the Digsy app and the Digsy website (digsy.lk), along with your personal data.

How to delete your account
1Sign in below with the same account you use in the app.
2Enter your password to confirm it’s you. If you only ever signed in with Google, leave the password blank.
3Press “Permanently delete my account” and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

You can also delete your account inside the Digsy app: More → Settings → Delete account. Can’t sign in? from the email on the account and we’ll process the deletion for you.

Deleted immediately

Your profile (name, email address, password, profile photo, two-factor settings), watchlist and watch plans, portfolio holdings and transactions, price & scan alerts, custom dashboards, activity history, notification preferences, and every signed-in session. Your email address is freed, so you can create a fresh account with it later.

Kept, without your identity

Records of past subscription payments are retained for accounting and legal compliance, attached to an anonymized account stub that no longer contains your name, email or any other personal identifier. Nothing kept can be linked back to you. There is no additional retention period for personal data — it is removed at the moment you delete the account.

Your account has been deleted.

Your personal data has been removed and your sign-in no longer works anywhere. Thank you for having been with Digsy — you’re welcome back any time.

Step 1 — sign in

Sign in to the account you want to delete. You’ll come straight back to this page.

LEGAL · PRIVACY

Your data, handled plainly.

How Digsy collects, uses and protects information when you research securities on the Colombo Stock Exchange — on the website and in the mobile apps.

Updated 14 Oct 2026 Applies to all Digsy users No ad tracking
The short version
We never sell your personal data, ever.
Passwords are salted & hashed — never stored as text.
No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
AI features send the data you ask about — and any statement you upload — to an AI provider to produce the result.
Delete your account in-app, any time.
Model views are estimates — not investment advice.

Digsy, operated personally by its independent developer (“we”, “us”, “our”), provides automated analytics for securities listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), through the website digsy.lk (formerly fortuneteller.lk) and the Digsy apps for Android and iOS. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and the choices you have.

01
Who we are & scope

The data controller is the individual developer who independently operates Digsy, reachable through the Contact page. This policy applies to the website, the mobile apps and every email or notification we send. It is written with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka (as amended in 2025) in mind — the Act’s main obligations take effect on 1 January 2027, and we follow them already; where that Act gives you rights, section 11 says how to use them.

02
Information we collect
Account details
Your name and email address, and — if you sign in with Google or Apple — the stable identifier those services give us for your account. Your password is never stored in plain text; only a salted hash is kept. An optional profile photo is stored if you add one.
Security data
Session tokens, email-verification and password-reset tokens, and — if you turn on two-factor authentication — the shared secret for your authenticator app and a “trusted device” token for devices you choose to skip the second step on.
Regulatory acknowledgement
The date and version of the notice you acknowledged confirming that Digsy is not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and does not give investment advice.
Your research data
The companies you watch, the price and scan alerts you set and the alerts generated for you, the widgets on your dashboard, and — if you use the portfolio — the transactions and target weights you enter or import.
Uploads
If you use the AI statement import, the broker statement, PDF or photo you upload is processed to extract your transactions. We keep the extracted transactions against your account; the file itself is processed and not retained on our servers.
Activity
A log of the companies you view and the paid or metered actions you run (for example a Deep Analysis), including the processing cost of each action. This powers your My Activity page, plan limits and our own cost accounting.
Oracle Assistant
The messages you send the assistant and the recent conversation, which are processed to answer you (section 4). The conversation itself stays in the app on your device; our servers keep only the first 140 characters of each message, with what it cost, in your activity log.
Rubies and rewards
Your ruby balance and its history — purchases, plan allowances, what you spent rubies on, refunds and daily check-in rewards.
Preferences
Your email and push-notification choices, language, chart and display settings.
Messages
Anything you send us through the Contact page, and our replies.
Billing details
On the website, payment for a plan or ruby pack is handled by PayHere, our payment processor, which collects the card or payment details needed to complete the transaction; we receive confirmation and limited billing metadata — the item, amount, status and an invoice reference — and never your full card number. In the apps, Apple or Google takes the payment and sends us what we need to activate the purchase — the product, a transaction identifier, the period and its renewal status — never your card details.
Technical data
Minimal server logs (request timing, errors, the IP address of a request) to operate and secure the service, and — on the mobile apps — a device token for push notifications and the app version, so we can prompt for updates.
03
How we use it & on what basis

We use your data to run the service you signed up for, and for nothing unrelated. The Personal Data Protection Act asks us to say which lawful basis each use rests on:

To provide the service (performance of our contract with you)
Authenticating you and keeping you signed in; syncing your watchlist, alerts, dashboard and portfolio across devices; generating the alerts and notifications you set up; running the analytics features you request; enforcing plan limits; processing payments and managing your plan; answering your messages.
With your consent
Newsletters and offers (off by default — you turn them on in Settings and can turn them off any time); push notifications (you grant them at the operating-system prompt); processing an uploaded statement with our AI provider; transferring your data to providers outside Sri Lanka, as set out in section 8.
Our legitimate interests
Keeping the service secure (rate limits, abuse detection, server logs), understanding how features are used so we can improve them, and defending legal claims. We balance these against your rights and never use your data for advertising or profiling unrelated to the service.
Legal obligations
Keeping payment and invoice records for tax and accounting law, and answering valid legal requests.
We do not sell your personal data. Alert emails and the other notices described in section 7 are part of the service you asked for; you can switch any category off in Settings.
04
AI processing

Several features are produced by a large language model run by a third-party AI provider, Anthropic. When you use one of them we send the provider the information needed to produce the result: for Deep Analysis and forecast validation, that is public market data, filings and news about the company; for statement import, it is the statement, PDF or photo you upload; for the Oracle Assistant, it is your message, the recent conversation and the market data its answer needs — plus, only when your question is about your account, your ruby balance, plan and watchlist. The provider processes it only to return the result and, under its commercial API terms, does not use it to train its models. We never send your name or email address, and no other account details beyond the ones just listed. AI outputs are estimates, can be wrong, and are labelled as such in the app.

05
Market data & news

Prices, announcements, corporate disclosures and fundamentals are sourced from publicly available Colombo Stock Exchange feeds and may be delayed. News headlines are gathered from public news feeds (including Google News) and macro figures from public Sri Lankan sources. Model views, conviction scores and model ranges are derived, informational estimates — they are not guarantees and not investment advice.

06
Cookies & local storage

To keep you signed in we store a session token in your browser’s local storage, or in the app’s private storage on a phone. We also store your preferences (language, chart settings, dashboard layout) the same way. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and we run no third-party analytics. If you use “Sign in with Google”, Google’s sign-in script sets its own cookie under Google’s policy. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.

07
Emails & push notifications

Emails are sent through Zoho Mail. Push notifications on the apps are delivered through Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging, which holds a device token but not the content of your account. Alerts, any daily company notice we offer and plan reminders are part of the service and are on unless you switch them off; newsletters and offers are direct marketing and stay off until you turn them on. You manage every category in Settings, and every marketing-style email carries an unsubscribe link. Emails needed to run your account (verification, password reset, receipts, security notices) are sent regardless.

08
Service providers & where data goes

We rely on a small number of providers, each processing data only as needed to deliver the service. Most of them are outside Sri Lanka, so your data is transferred and stored abroad:

Hosting and database
Vercel and Neon (cloud infrastructure in the United States) run the service and store account data.
AI processing
Anthropic (United States), for the features in section 4.
Sign-in
Google and Apple, when you choose to sign in with them.
Email and push
Zoho Mail (Australia) for email; Google Firebase for push notifications.
Payments
PayHere (Sri Lanka) for website purchases; Apple and Google for purchases in the apps — each under its own terms and privacy policy.
Market data and news
The Colombo Stock Exchange and public news feeds.
Each provider is bound by its own contract and privacy terms to process data only for the service it gives us. Sri Lanka’s Data Protection Authority has not yet named adequate countries or specified the transfer instruments the Act will require, so these transfers rest on your consent — given when you accept this policy — and on those contractual safeguards; we will adopt the Authority’s instruments once they apply. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in response to a valid legal request or order.
09
Data retention
Account data
Kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your name, email, sign-in identifiers, photo, security secrets, watchlist, alerts, portfolio and dashboard are removed immediately.
Billing records
Payment and invoice records are kept against an anonymised record after deletion, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Sessions and tokens
Sessions expire after 30 days. Verification and reset tokens expire after use or a short validity window.
Alerts
Alerts are deleted 7 days after they are created (30 days for critical financial-distress alerts). Price alerts that have fired are deleted 60 days later.
Activity log
Kept while your account exists, so plan limits and your activity history work; removed with the account.
Ruby history
Kept while your account exists; entries for purchases are kept against an anonymised record after deletion, like billing records. Unused rubies are lost when an account is deleted.
Messages and logs
Contact messages are kept until resolved and for a reasonable period after. Server logs are short-lived.
10
Security & breaches

Passwords are hashed, access is gated by session tokens, and new accounts confirm their email address. You can add two-factor authentication with an authenticator app and manage the devices that skip it. We apply rate limits and the usual hardening to the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

If we learn of a personal-data breach that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka as the Act requires and tell you directly, by email, what happened and what we are doing about it.

11
Your rights & choices

You can update your name, photo, password, two-factor settings and notification preferences in Settings, edit or remove anything on your watchlist, alerts, dashboard and portfolio, and delete your account from Settings at any time.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may also ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for correction of inaccurate data, for erasure, to withdraw a consent you gave, or to object to a particular use. Send the request through the Contact page from the email on your account; we will answer within one month (the Act lets us extend that by up to two months for a complex request, and we will tell you if we do), and we will not charge for it unless a request is plainly excessive. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka. Model views and analytics describe listed companies, not you — we make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

12
Children

Digsy is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

13
Not financial advice

Digsy is an automated data and analytics tool for information and research only. It is not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and does not provide investment advice. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Always do your own research before investing.

LEGAL · TERMS

The rules of the road.

The terms you agree to when you use Digsy — on the website or in the mobile apps — to research securities on the Colombo Stock Exchange.

Updated 14 Oct 2026 Applies to all Digsy users Plain language
The short version
It’s research & information — not investment advice, and we are not SEC-licensed.
Use it lawfully — no scraping, abuse or resale.
Model views are estimates, with no guarantee.
Website plans are one-time payments; app-store subscriptions renew until you cancel.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Digsy — the website digsy.lk (formerly fortuneteller.lk) and the Digsy mobile apps — an automated analytics service for securities listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), operated personally by its independent developer (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully.

01
Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Digsy — including browsing as a guest — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. When you create an account, or continue past the acknowledgement notice, you accept these Terms electronically; that acceptance is valid under the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006, and we record the date and the version you accepted.

02
The service

Digsy provides market data, charts, corporate disclosures and news for CSE-listed securities, together with automated analytics: model views (bullish, neutral or bearish), conviction scores, model ranges, screens, rankings and portfolio tools produced by statistical and AI models, and an AI assistant (the Oracle Assistant) that answers questions about the app and listed companies. The same service is offered on the website and in the mobile apps. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time, and some depend on third-party data and services that we do not control.

03
Accounts & eligibility

You may create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a paid plan. Every account acknowledges, at signup or on first use, that Digsy is not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and does not give investment advice; we record that acknowledgement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure (two-factor authentication is available in Settings) and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. One account per person: free rubies (welcome rubies, daily check-in rewards and other promotions) are for your own use, and collecting them through several accounts is misuse — we may remove those rubies or close the accounts.

04
Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data, or place unreasonable load on the service or its data sources.
Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the data or model outputs without our permission, or present them as your own or as advice.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it to break any law or market regulation, including the market-conduct provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act.
Upload content you have no right to share, or anything unlawful or malicious.
05
Not financial advice

Digsy is an automated data and analytics tool for information and research only. Digsy is not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka as a market intermediary, investment manager or in any other capacity, and does not provide investment advice. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. A “model view” (bullish, neutral or bearish) describes what a statistical model expects; it is not an instruction and can be wrong. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research before investing.

06
Market data & AI

Prices, announcements and fundamentals come from publicly available CSE feeds and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Model views, conviction scores, model ranges and every other analytic are derived, informational estimates produced by statistical and AI models — they are not guarantees and may be wrong. Past performance, including our published track record, does not indicate future results. Some features send the data they are about — and any file you upload for them — to a third-party AI provider to produce the result, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Oracle Assistant is an AI: it answers questions about the app and listed companies from our data, can make mistakes, does not give investment advice, and will not tell you whether to buy or sell or how to divide your money between investments. Check anything important against the source.

07
Your content

You keep ownership of anything you upload or enter — broker statements, transactions, notes, targets. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it to provide the service to you, including sending an uploaded statement to our AI provider for extraction. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload and for checking the extracted result.

08
Intellectual property

The Digsy name, interface, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the service for your own research. Underlying market data remains the property of the Colombo Stock Exchange and its sources.

09
Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the data or model outputs are correct, complete or current.

10
Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digsy and its operators will not be liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or its data and model outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11
Plans, Rubies & billing

Digsy offers a free tier and paid Pro (Seer) and Elite (Oracle) plans, sold for a monthly or an annual period. Prices shown include any applicable Sri Lankan taxes unless the checkout states otherwise. There are two ways to buy a plan. On the website, each purchase is a one-time payment in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) through our payment processor, PayHere, for the period you choose. Website plans do not renew automatically: your plan runs until the end of the paid period, we email you a reminder about a week before it ends, and you renew manually if you wish — renewing before expiry adds the new period on top of the remaining one. In the iOS and Android apps, plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions that are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms, at the price and in the currency the store shows. A store subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and the current period runs to its end. When a plan ends, the account reverts to the free tier and your data is kept. Seer and Oracle plans include a monthly allowance of Rubies, described below. We may change plan prices or features on a forward-looking basis; if we ever add automatic renewal to website purchases we will tell you and update these Terms before it applies to you. We may decline, cancel or reverse a transaction where we suspect fraud, error or misuse.

Rubies. Some features are paid for with Rubies, a prepaid credit used only inside Digsy. You get rubies by buying a ruby pack (on the website through PayHere, or in the apps through Apple or Google), with a Seer or Oracle plan (a monthly allowance that is used first and does not carry over), or free from us (for example welcome rubies and daily check-in rewards). Every feature shows its ruby price before you use it, except messages to the Oracle Assistant, which are metered: each message costs between 1 and 5 rubies depending on its length and the work needed to answer it — the rubies are reserved when you send it, anything unused is returned once it is answered, and the final cost is shown with the reply and recorded in your ruby history.

Rubies you buy and free rubies we give do not expire while your account is open. Rubies have no cash value: they are not money, a deposit, a security or a cryptocurrency, and they cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged. Rubies left in an account are lost when the account is deleted or closed for misuse. We may change ruby prices, feature costs and free-coin promotions on a forward-looking basis; a change never removes rubies you already hold, except free rubies collected through misuse. If we ever close Digsy permanently, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and, on request, refund any unused purchased rubies at the price you paid.

Refunds of plans and ruby packs are governed by our Refund Policy.

12
Independence & conflicts of interest

Digsy publishes automated model views, and we run the product under a written conflicts-of-interest policy. Nobody with early access to model output may trade a company from the moment it enters the signal pipeline until two full trading sessions after publication, or trade against a live view. Where a member of the team holds a company that appears in a signal, forecast or analysis, that surface carries a disclosure line. Any company notice sent to every subscriber is limited to companies that clear a minimum liquidity gate, so it is unlikely to move the price. Signals are generated by the pipeline and are never added, removed or reordered by hand for personal benefit. We accept no payment from listed companies, brokers or promoters for coverage.

Read the full Conflicts of Interest Policy.

13
Third-party services

Signing in with Google or Apple, paying through PayHere, Apple or Google, receiving push notifications through Google’s Firebase, and the AI features (which use Anthropic) each involve a third party acting under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Market data is supplied by the Colombo Stock Exchange and may be subject to the Exchange’s own conditions of use.

14
Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date above and, where they matter to you, announced in the app or by email, and your continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of section 4, and you may stop using the service or delete your account from Settings whenever you like.

15
Governing law & general

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought before the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, and nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we may still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them to a successor that takes over the service, on notice to you. The English text prevails over any translation shown in the app.

LEGAL · REFUNDS

Refunds & billing.

How payments, plan periods and refunds work for your Digsy plan.

Updated 14 Oct 2026 Applies to website purchases 7-day guarantee
The short version
New paid plan? Get a full refund within 7 days.
Plans are one-time payments — nothing renews automatically.
After 7 days, a paid period is generally non-refundable.
Charged twice or in error? We’ll refund it in full.

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for paid Digsy plans. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Digsy offers a free tier plus paid Pro (Seer) and Elite (Oracle) plans, sold for a monthly or an annual period. This policy applies to plans and Ruby packs bought on the website through PayHere. Plans and ruby packs bought in the iOS or Android app are sold and billed by Apple or Google (plans as auto-renewable subscriptions): refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies (request them through the App Store or Google Play), and you cancel them in your store account settings. The free tier is, of course, free — there is nothing to refund.

02
How billing works

Each website purchase is a one-time payment in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) through our payment processor, PayHere, for the period you choose. Website plans never renew automatically: your plan runs until the end of the paid period, we email you a reminder about a week before it ends, and if you want to continue you renew manually. Renewing before the period ends adds the new period on top of the time you have left. When a plan ends, the account simply reverts to the free tier; your watchlist, portfolio and settings are kept. Because a website plan does not renew, there is nothing to cancel — you just don’t renew. (App-store subscriptions work differently — see section 01.)

03
7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your first paid plan, request a refund within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full and end the plan. This applies to your first purchase of a given plan; it does not apply to renewals or to repeat purchases after a refund. Ruby packs work differently: a ruby pack bought on the website can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of its rubies have been spent (we check your ruby history); once rubies from it are spent, it is not refundable.

04
After 7 days

Outside the 7-day guarantee, a paid period — monthly or annual — is non-refundable. We do not pro-rate unused time, and a plan’s monthly ruby allowance is part of the plan, not a separately refundable item. An annual plan is a discounted single payment for twelve months and follows the same rule after its own 7-day window.

05
Renewals

A renewal is a new purchase you make yourself, for a new period. The 7-day guarantee does not apply to renewals, but the section on duplicate or incorrect charges always does.

06
How to request a refund

Send a request through our Contact page using the email on your account, and tell us which charge you mean. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayHere, typically within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or card provider, in the currency of the original charge (LKR).

07
Non-refundable charges

Except where required by law or expressly stated above, the following are not refundable:

Any paid period once its 7-day window has passed, including the unused remainder of a monthly or annual plan.
Renewals, unless the section on duplicate and incorrect charges applies.
Rubies that have been spent, rubies that came with a plan, and free rubies (welcome rubies, daily check-in rewards and other promotions).
Plans ended for breach of our Terms of Service or for misuse of the service.
Dissatisfaction with model views, forecasts, analyses or market outcomes — these are informational estimates, not guarantees, and not grounds for a refund.
08
Duplicate & incorrect charges

If you are billed twice for the same period, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a plan you did not receive because of a technical or billing error, let us know and we will investigate and refund any verified error in full — regardless of the 7-day window.

09
Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve verified errors quickly and in full. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead, we may suspend paid features on the account until the dispute is resolved, and a dispute that turns out to be unfounded may be treated as misuse under the Terms of Service.

10
Automatic renewal

Plans bought on the website do not renew automatically. In-app subscriptions bought through Apple or Google do renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; that billing is handled by the store. If we ever add automatic renewal to website purchases, we will update this policy and the Terms of Service before it applies to you, tell you how to cancel, and never enrol an existing plan in automatic renewal without asking.

11
Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

LEGAL · CONFLICTS

Our independence, in writing.

The conflicts-of-interest policy that everyone with early access to Digsy’s model output works under.

Updated 14 Oct 2026 Version 1.1 · effective 14 Oct 2026 Applies to the whole team
The short version
Nobody with early access trades ahead of, or against, a published view.
Team holdings are disclosed on the surface that mentions the company.
Signals go out only for names that clear a liquidity gate.
No paid coverage — ever.

Digsy publishes automated model views on securities listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). The CSE is a thin, retail-driven market, so a view sent to many subscribers at once could move a price. This policy exists so that nobody with early access to model output can profit from that influence, or be seen to, and so that the product stays on the right side of sections 130 to 132 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act, No. 19 of 2021. Digsy is not licensed by the Commission and does not give investment advice; nothing in this policy changes that.

01
Purpose & scope

This policy binds every covered person: the operator, staff, contractors, and anyone else who can see a model view, signal, scan result or forecast before it is published, or who can change what gets published. It covers accounts a covered person controls or benefits from, including family and company accounts.

02
No trading ahead of, or against, published views
Blackout window
A covered person must not buy or sell a security from the moment it enters the signal pipeline (nomination for deep analysis) until the close of the second full trading session after the view is published, or after the pipeline discards it.
No trading against a live view
While a bullish model view on a security is live, a covered person must not sell that security. While a bearish view is live, a covered person must not buy it. A view is live from publication until its review date, or until it is graded, whichever comes later.
Pre-existing positions
A position held before a view is published may be kept. It must be disclosed (section 3) and may only be reduced after the blackout window closes.
No circumvention
Derivatives, margin accounts, nominee accounts, or trades routed through another person are treated as the covered person’s own trades.
03
Holdings disclosure
Every covered person keeps a register of CSE holdings (ticker, quantity, date acquired). The register is reviewed monthly and whenever a holding changes.
When a security a covered person holds appears in a published signal, forecast, scan or recommendation surface, that surface carries a disclosure line: “Disclosure: a member of the Digsy team holds this stock.” The disclosure is driven by the team-holdings setting in the admin panel and is shown in both English and Sinhala.
The disclosure is made at publication and stays while the view is live.
04
Trading log

Any trade by a covered person in a security that appeared in a published view in the previous 30 calendar days is recorded within one business day: date, ticker, side, quantity, price, and which account. The log is kept for six years.

05
Liquidity gate

Signals are only published for securities that clear the minimum liquidity gate, so that a notification to every subscriber is unlikely to move the price. The gate is applied by the signal pipeline and is configurable in the admin panel:

Minimum median daily turnover
Over the lookback window of the last 20 trading sessions. Default Rs 2,000,000.
Minimum traded sessions
Sessions with any trade in the lookback window. Default 15 of 20.
A name with no trading history in the window fails the gate. A name that fails is logged with the reason and is not published.
06
No manual steering

Signals, scans and forecasts are produced by the pipeline. A covered person must not add, remove or reorder names for personal benefit. The only manual interventions allowed are safety withdrawals (for example a distress or winding-up flag), and each one is logged with the reason.

07
No paid coverage

Digsy does not accept payment, gifts or other benefit from a listed company, broker, promoter or shareholder in exchange for coverage, a view, or placement. Any commercial relationship with a listed company or a market intermediary is disclosed on the surfaces that mention that company.

08
Breaches

A breach of sections 2, 3 or 6 results in immediate removal of pipeline access, disgorgement of any profit to a registered Sri Lankan charity, and a written record. A breach that may amount to an offence under the SEC Act is reported to the Commission.

09
Review

This policy is reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the signal pipeline, the notification reach, or the relevant law changes. Material changes bump the version and are summarised in the Terms of Service.

LEGAL · STANDARDS

How every view is made.

The standard every model view, analysis and flag Digsy publishes is made, checked, recorded and corrected under.

Updated 16 Oct 2026Version 1.0 · effective 16 Oct 2026Applies to everything we publish
The short version
Only public information: CSE filings, prices, announcements, public series.
Every view carries its measured record and the finding that no tested setup beats the market after costs.
Views describe, never instruct: no buy, sell, hold or price target.
Every published view is kept and graded; errors are corrected under a written procedure.

This standard says how every model view, range, conviction figure, Deep Analysis, distress flag and dividend expectation that Digsy publishes is made, checked, recorded and corrected. It exists so that nothing Digsy publishes is made recklessly: every published view can be traced to public information, a stated method and a measured record. Digsy is not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and does not give investment advice; nothing in this standard changes that.

01
Scope

It applies to everything Digsy publishes about a listed company or the market, on the website, in the apps, in emails and push notifications, and in the company's own social-media posts: model views (Bullish, Neutral, Bearish), model ranges, conviction figures, AI Deep Analyses, the Track Record, financial-distress flags, expected dividends, factor scores and screens.

02
Sources
Only public information is used: the Colombo Stock Exchange's published prices, announcements, corporate disclosures and filings; Central Bank of Sri Lanka and Department of Census and Statistics series; public news feeds; public commodity and currency quotes.
No non-public information is used. Nobody working on Digsy asks listed companies, brokers or insiders for information, and none is accepted.
Nothing is paid for, and nothing is accepted from, a listed company, broker, promoter or shareholder in exchange for coverage, a view or placement (Conflicts of Interest Policy §7).
Figures read by AI from a filing are labelled as such, and the user is told to verify against the source document.
03
Method
Views are produced by automated statistical models and an AI reasoning engine run on the sources above. The same view goes to every user who sees it; no view is tailored to a person.
Every published view carries: the engine and its version, the date and the market data it was run on, the model range, and the measured record of that engine (hit rate and sample size) with the statement of what the record does and does not show.
Point price targets are not published. They are withheld until a calibration test on the company's own archive shows they are better than predicting no change; the Track Record states the result of that test.
Where the evidence gives no directional reason, the view says so (Neutral) instead of guessing. A direction is never produced from price movement alone.
Every published view is graded on the Track Record against what happened, and the record is shown to users with sample sizes, independent-window counts and base rates. Digsy publishes its finding that no setup it has tested beats the market after trading costs.
04
Language
A view describes what a model expects. It never instructs: no buy, sell, hold, accumulate, reduce, enter, exit, take profit or avoid, and no price target.
AI-written prose passes an automated advice filter before it is shown; sentences that read as instructions are removed or rewritten, and the filter's results are logged. The AI assistant refuses questions about what a person should buy or sell and how to divide their money, and says so.
Every surface that shows a view carries the notice, in English and Sinhala, that Digsy is not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and does not give investment advice. Every account acknowledges that notice once, and the acknowledgement is recorded.
Accuracy is described only from the measured record, with its sample size, and never as a promise.
05
Checks before publication

These checks run automatically on every view. No individual view is reviewed by a person before it is published; the controls are the gates below, the nightly data audit and the daily self-check. The only manual interventions are safety withdrawals (for example a winding-up notice), and each one is logged with its reason (Conflicts of Interest Policy §6).

Distress screen: a company flagged for severe financial distress is blocked from every endorsement surface and shows the flag and its sources instead of a view.
Liquidity gate: any view sent to every subscriber at once is limited to companies that clear a minimum turnover test (Conflicts of Interest Policy §5).
Data audit: a nightly audit checks prices, filings and derived figures for inconsistencies and reports them; a filing-gap repair runs daily.
Cost and quality gates: a Deep Analysis is published only after a second AI pass argues against it (the red-team pass) and the advice filter has run.
Evidence gate: a new engine's directional view is published to users only once its graded record clears the stated threshold; until then it is measured in the shadow record.
06
Records
Every published view is kept in the ledger with its engine version, inputs date, stated view, range and conviction, and its grading outcome.
The advice filter's counts, the compliance settings (team holdings, liquidity gate, flags under review, the Company in Focus switch) and their change times are kept.
Every change to the method, the vocabulary, the notices and this standard is in the product's version history with its date.
Records are kept for six years.
07
Conflicts of interest

The Conflicts of Interest and Independence Policy applies: no trading ahead of or against a view, a holdings register and disclosure line, a trading log, no manual steering, no paid coverage.

08
Corrections

Anyone, including a listed company, may report an error. The Corrections Procedure sets the channel, the timelines (acknowledgement within two business days, decision within five), the interim "under review" step for disputed flags, and the record kept.

09
Review

This standard is reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the method, the notification reach or the relevant law changes. Material changes bump the version.

LEGAL · CORRECTIONS

Wrong about a company? Tell us.

How an error in a figure, a view or a flag is reported, how fast it is dealt with, and what is recorded.

Updated 16 Oct 2026Version 1.0 · effective 16 Oct 2026Anyone may report, no account needed
The short version
Acknowledged within 2 business days; decided within 5.
A disputed flag is hidden “under review” within 1 business day when the company disputes it with a filing.
Outcomes: corrected, withdrawn or upheld, always with reasons and sources.
Every report is logged for six years and can be produced to the Commission or the Exchange.

Digsy publishes automated figures, views and flags about listed companies. Some will be wrong. This procedure says how an error is reported, how fast it is dealt with, and what is recorded.

01
Who may report

Anyone: a user, a listed company or its officers, a stockbroker, the Colombo Stock Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission, or a member of the public. A company does not need an account.

02
How to report
On the website, Contact → topic "Report an error about a company" (every company page and every distress flag links there). Give the company, what is wrong, and the source that shows it (a filing, an announcement, a price record).
Through the Contact page with the same details.
A request from the Commission or the Exchange may come by any route and is answered by a director.
03
What happens, and when
StepTime limit
Acknowledgement that the report was received2 business days
Interim step for a disputed distress flag or view, where the reporter is the company itself or provides a filing that contradicts the flag: the flag or view is marked "under review" and hidden from users1 business day
Decision, with reasons and sources, sent to the reporter5 business days
Correction applied (data fixed and figures re-run, or the item withdrawn)with the decision

Business days are Colombo business days.

04
Outcomes
Corrected: the source data is fixed, the figure or view is re-run, and the corrected item says it was corrected and when.
Withdrawn: the item is removed for that company until the underlying problem is fixed.
Upheld: the item stays, and the reporter is told why, with the sources.

A view that was published and later corrected or withdrawn keeps its entry in the ledger with the correction noted; the record is never silently rewritten.

05
Record

Every report is logged with the date received, the company, the reporter's category, the decision, who decided it and the date of the decision. The log is kept for six years and can be produced to the Commission or the Exchange on request.

06
Who decides

Digsy’s independent developer decides every correction. Where the decision needs market knowledge the developer may take advice, but the decision and the record stay with the developer.
